Quality Tech - Shelling Plant
The Quality Tech performs quality checks to ensure shelling functions meet specs, check to ensure production monitoring is performed, and ensures QA and GMP policies are followed. They also support all BRC and HACCP responsibilities for the facility. The Quality Tech will ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and in working order.

Skills, Specifications and Responsibilities​
The successful candidate must have good communication skills, have attention to detail, be able to maintain accurate records, possess a good attendance and work record, and maintain a positive attitude. The successful candidate should completely focus on safety AT ALL TIMES.

Minimum Experience Required

1. High School degree, diploma or a GED ​

 Mechanic - Maintenance (Pay Based on Experience)
The person in this position is responsive for providing maintenance and/or repairs on all manufacturing or related process equipment. They are expected to work safety and keep up with 5S in their work area.

Skills, Specifications and Responsibilities

1. Manually maintain and repair all manufacturing or related process equipment
2. Install/set, or replicate facility equipment
3. Troubleshoot and operate equipment as required
4. Analyze problems and take corrective action as required and provide processing expertise when needed
5. Perform periodic PM's as required
6. Willing to comply with an on-call rotation
7. Clean up after work performed and general housekeeping of the shop area
8. Respond to calls from the production departments and communicate with group leaders/supervisors as to what the call is for
9. Must be familiar with and understand the proper use of the test instruments used in this position:​​
   1. ​Fluke multi-meter
   2. Fluke amp-meter
   3. Fluke mega ohm-meter
   4. Fluke Oscilloscopes
10. ​Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and to read and interpret sketches, diagrams and blueprints.
11. Ability to weld with Stick and MIG machines.

Minimum Experience Required

1. High School degree, diploma or a GED
2. Technical experience preferred
3. 5 years experience in manufacturing maintenance
4. Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and hydraulic pneumatic
5. The ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and to read and interpret sketches, diagrams and blueprints
6. No attendance or disciplinary write up in the last 6 months

Team Leader - Production (Pay Based on Experience)
The Team Leader is responsible for all activities inside and outside the shelling plant during a given shift. The Team Leader must coordinate departmental functions in an efficient manner. The Team Leader must also direct Team Members in their respective roles in the shelling plant. Team Leaders are responsible for training and coaching all Team Members under their direction. Team Leaders must enforce all company policies and administer disciplinary policies accordingly.

The successful candidate must have good communication skills, have attention to detail, be well organized, be able to maintain accurate records, possess a good attendance and work record, and maintain a positive attitude. The successful candidate should completely focus on safety AT ALL TIMES.

2. Perform sanitation and maintenance on equipment and surrounding areas
3. Ensure product is run to specs
4. Manage the plant and co-workers
5. Enforce/promote proper documentation
6. Promote 5S and plant organization
7. Perform any duties as assigned by management
   
8. Follow all Premium Peanut GMPs, rules and policies
   

Education and Qualifications

1. High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

General Accountant/Senior Accountant (depending on experience)
Accounting/Finance professional capable of growing into a senior level role

Skills and Specifications

5. Self-Driven/Motivated Individual.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

1. Assist with month end close process. Including reconciling accounts receivable, accounts payable, finished goods inventory, farmer-stock inventory, cash, etc.
2. Complete month end bank account reconciliations for all company accounts.
3. Enter daily translations for all bank activity into companies accounting system.
4. Track and evaluate performance against various metrics/budget to ensure the company is meeting performance goals.
5. Help prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements for all outside lenders.
6. Help prepare budgets, forecasts, schedules needed to drive business performance.

Education and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Bachelor's degree in Finance will also be considered
2. Job is open to different experience levels. Job title and compensation will will vary based on experience.

Forklift Operator - Starting Pay $10.50
Remove pallets of product from production line by driving forklift. Place pallets into predetermined sections of the warehouse or load onto trailers.

Skills and Specifications

1. Should have good written as well as verbal communication skills.
   
2. Be able to be trained in LOTO SOPs.
   
3. Ability to learn operator level maintenance SOPs.
   
4. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary.
   
5. Understand Food Safety responsibilities.
   

Key Activities/Responsibilities

1. Safe operation of forklift.
2. Remove pallets/totes of product from production line to designated areas in warehouse.
   
3. Place pallets to be shipped into trailers. Ensure pallet quantity and correct product is loaded.
4. Receive raw materials from inbound trucks as required. Ensure all documentation is accurate and sign for receipt of goods.
5. Ensure production line is stocked with raw materials.
   
6. Inspect trailer before loading, document on bills of lading.
   
7. Inspect product from line, in warehouse and while loading.
   

Required Behavior Critical to Success

1. Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator license and safely operate a forklift according to SOPs.
   
2. Minimum of one year experience of forklift operation, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
   
3. Ability to understand and read SOP documents, health and safety documentation, etc.
   
4. Communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
   
5. Basic problem solving ability to make decisions.
   

Education and Qualifications

1. High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
   

Bagger - Starting Pay $10.50
Responsible for packaging of finished product peanuts in totes or bags as required. Ensures safety and quality standards are upheld for every product.

Skills and Specifications

1. Should have good written as well as verbal communication skills.
2. Be able to be trained in LOTO SOPs.
   
3. Ability to learn operator level maintenance SOPs.
   
4. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary.
5. Understand Food Safety responsibilities.
   

Key Activities/Responsibilities

1. Perform bagging operations for finished product peanuts.
   
2. Perform sanitation and maintenance on equipment and surrounding areas.
   
3. Prepare totes, burlap, pallets and slip-sheets for use.
   
4. Monitor bin levels.
   
5. Perform any duties as assigned by management.
   

Required Behavior Critical to Success

1. Work is performed accident-free and all company safety policies are followed.
   
2. Ability to understand and read SOP documents, health and safety documentation.
   
3. Ability to work with others as a team.
   

Education and Qualifications

1. High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
   

Regrade Tech - Starting Pay $10.50
Collecting samples and testing peanuts accurately. Good organizational skills. Able to keep accurate records of testing results.

Skills and Specifications

1. Should have good written as well as verbal communication skills.
2. Be able to be trained in LOTO SOPs.
3. Be able to be trained in operator level maintenance SOPs.
4. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary.
5. Understand Food Safety responsibilities.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

1. Sampling incoming peanuts for regrade testing.
2. Perform grading and antitoxin testing on peanut samples.
3. Documenting tests accurately and correctly.
4. Perform sanitation and maintenance on equipment and surrounding areas.
   
5. Perform any duties as assigned by management.

Required Behavior Critical to Success

1. Work is performed accident-free and all company safety policies are followed.

Promote housekeeping, work as a team and keep the plant clean.

Skills and Specifications

2. Be able to be trained in LOTO SOPs.
3. Be able to be trained in operator level maintenance SOPs.
4. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as necessary.
5. Understand Food Safety responsibilities.

Key Activities/Responsibilities

1. Work safely.

3. Fill in as necessary to keep production on schedule.
   
4. Perform any duties as assigned by management.
