This Privacy Policy describes how Premium Peanut, LLC and its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively “Premium Peanut”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, use, disclose and otherwise process information through our websites that link to this Privacy Policy, including http://www.premiumpnut.com (the “Site”), as well as any information you submit to Premium Peanut via email, or through other means such as our events and sales and marketing activities.

1. The Types of Information We Collect

Personal Information Collected Directly from You.

Premium Peanut collects certain Personal Information about you whenever you send an email to Premium Peanut, complete one of our online forms, (including but not limited to an online job application or use of our Qualified Matching Service), or otherwise seek information from us about our business. The Personal Information you provide may include such items as your name, email and US mail addresses, office and mobile telephone numbers, the specific information required by our particular services or platforms, and any other information you may provide to us.

Information Automatically Collected When You Visit the Site.

Premium Peanut also collects or logs other information when you visit our Site. This information includes an Internet Protocol (“IP”) address and domain name. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) computer through which you access the web, and a domain name is the name of the ISP computer itself through which you access the web.

Premium Peanut logs IP addresses and domain names and aggregates them for system administration and to monitor the use of our Site. We use the aggregated information to measure the number of visits to our Site, the average time spent on our Site, the number of pages viewed, and to monitor various other Site statistics. This monitoring helps us evaluate how our websites are used and helps us continuously improve the content we provide. 

Premium Peanut may use standard technology called cookies on the Site. Cookies are small data files that are downloaded onto your computer when you visit a particular web site. You can disable cookies by turning them off in your browser, however, some areas of this Site may not function properly if you do so. If you would like to edit or correct your information, please contact us using one of the methods below.  If you would like to delete your email address from our email notice, please unsubscribe from the email notice list by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in one of our email messages to you. We will honor any such requests.

We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of Personal Information in our custody or control. 7. Children

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors (as defined by applicable laws) without proper consent from a parent or guardian. If you are a minor, please do not attempt to fill out our forms or send any Personal Information about yourself to us without the proper consent from a parent or guardian. If a minor has provided us with Personal Information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us immediately.  If we become aware that a minor has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to promptly delete such Personal Information from our files.

8. Extraterritorial Transfers of Personal Information

This Site is hosted in the United States.  Please also note that if you are providing data or using our Site from outside of the U.S., your Personal Information will be accessed and transferred to the United States. The United States may have data protection laws that are less protective than the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. For such data transfers, we rely on your consent.  If you do not want your information transferred to, processed, accessed, or maintained in the United States, then you should immediately cease accessing the Services.
